We get our name from Matthew 10:16 (below) and our passion is to serve Christian working professionals to advance the Kingdom of God through their work.

3 key assumptions that are foundational to our ministry:

1) God cares about the quality or our work and leadership in the business community.

2) Our workplace is a vital intersection between the Kingdom of God and those being pursued by God.

3) We all have acute developmental and spiritual needs in our professional lives that can be best addressed by other business leaders.

All net proceeds from SnakeDove go to advance the vital world-changing work of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship on our college and university campuses.

SnakeDove was founded by Joon S. Han, a leading strategist, church advocate and serial entrepreneur. SnakeDove was born out of his combined experiences of leading in the business, church and para-church environments. He is a stickler for relevant analytics and bold leadership so that we can all focus on making the world better for our children. In addition to experiencing life abundantly with his wife and kids, he enjoys the magicianship of Penn & Teller and exudes love for game of basketball. His major pet peeves are when people say, "I could care less" instead of "I couldn't care less" and when "experts" teach on business and leadership when they've never led anything in their life.
