2) teach believers how to be a better testimony through their exemplary moral life in their work environment

3) assist believers to better engage in spiritual conversations in their work relationships.

3) help believers better merge their job or vocation directly into local or global missions efforts.

4) grow and equip believers to do their jobs better and to be better leaders in the business community.
